Naphthalene-based high-concentration water reducing agent is a chemical admixture purified from naphthalene sulfonate as raw material. It belongs to non-air-entraining type high-efficiency water reducing agent and is mainly applied in the field of concrete engineering. It is applicable to the preparation of fluidized concrete, autoclaved concrete and high-strength concrete, and can also be used as the base material for composite admixtures. This product enhances the fluidity of concrete through its highly efficient water-reducing effect (with a water reduction rate of over 25%), reduces bleeding and segregation, and significantly increases the early and later compressive strength (with a maximum increase of 110% in strength within one day). Its low sodium sulfate content can prevent pipeline crystallization and blockage in winter. When used in combination with retarders, it can effectively control the loss of slump. The product has wide adaptability and is compatible with various types of cement, expansive agents, fly ash and other materials, with a slight impact on setting time (the difference is less than 1 hour). It can be used in either powder or solution form. When stored, it needs to be moisture-proof and sealed. It has good long-term stability.
