Calcium Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde Polymer is a liquid superplasticizer designed for the construction industry. This product serves as a water reducing agent to increase the strength of concrete and reduce the drying time for plasterboard.
 
Unlike other superplasticizers that use sodium as a neutralizing agent, Calcium NSF Superplasticiser uses calcium, making it ideal for applications that require low sodium content. This makes it an excellent choice for projects that require environmentally friendly and sustainable construction materials
When added to concrete, Calcium NSF Superplasticiser improves workability, increases flow and reduces water content. The result is stronger, more durable concrete that is easier to handle and finish.
Similarly, when added to plasterboard, this product reduces the drying
time, making it faster to install and finish. It also improves the workability
of the plaster, resulting in a smoother, more consistent finish.

1. It is suitable for commercial concrete, pumping concrete, and high fluidity concrete, grouting material.
2.It is widely used for precast and fresh concrete, reinforced concrete and Prestressed concrete in all kinds of projects.
3.Construction Engineering and Infrastructure
Prefabricated and cast-in-place concrete: suitable for reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete structures in industrial and civil buildings, bridges, dams, ports and docks, etc. It can significantly improve early strength (15% -40%) and reduce cement usage (10% -25%)
High fluidity concrete: used for pumping concrete, self leveling concrete, and large volume concrete construction to improve workability and reduce the risk of bleeding
4.Special concrete preparation
High strength concrete: By optimizing the water cement ratio with a water reduction rate (14% -23%), concrete with a strength grade of C70 and below can be prepared for low-temperature construction. High concentration type (Na 2 SO 4<3%) should be selected to avoid the problem of sodium sulfate crystallization, or compound antifreeze should be used
5. Other industrial applications
Gypsum board production: used as a dispersant in gypsum slurry to improve material uniformity
