Melamine water reducer (also known as melamine based water reducer) is a highly efficient water reducer mainly composed of sulfonated melamine formaldehyde resin. It has the characteristics of high water reduction rate, early strength, and non air entraining, and is widely used in the fields of cement concrete and dry powder mortar.
Main components and characteristics
The main component is sulfonated melamine formaldehyde resin, which is in the form of white powder, with a solid content of ≥ 95%, a moisture content of ≤ 3%, a pH value of 7-9, and a recommended dosage of 0.5% to 1.0% of the cement dosage.
