Product Description:
It is a sodium lignosulphonate with very low insoluble and chloride content.Sodium lignosulfonate water reducer is a modified sodium lignosulfonate water reducer, which is a powdery low air entraining retarding water reducer. It belongs to anionic surface active substances and has adsorption and dispersion effects on cement, which can improve various physical properties of concrete. It can be compounded into early strength agents, retarders, antifreeze agents, pumping agents, etc. Liquid additives made by compounding with naphthalene based high-efficiency water reducing agents have little precipitation

Application:

1. The dosage of sodium lignosulfonate water reducer is 0.20-0.30% of the cement dosage, with a commonly used dosage of 0.25%, and the water reduction rate can reach 9-11%. At the appropriate dosage, compared with the benchmark concrete, the 3-day strength increases by 15-20%, the 7-day strength increases by 20-30%, the 28 day strength increases by 15-20%, and the long-term strength also increases.
2. It can increase the fluidity and improve the workability of concrete without changing the water consumption of concrete.
3. While maintaining the slump and strength of the concrete equivalent to the benchmark concrete, 8-10% of cement can be saved. Using one ton of sodium lignosulfonate water reducing agent powder can save 30-40 tons of cement.
4. Under standard conditions, concrete mixed with this agent can delay the initial setting time of concrete by more than 3 hours, the final setting time by 3 hours, and the hydration heat peak by more than 5 hours compared to benchmark concrete, which is beneficial for summer construction, transportation of commercial concrete, and large volume concrete engineering.
5. Sodium lignosulfonate water reducer has micro air entraining properties, which can improve the impermeability and freeze-thaw resistance of concrete.
6. This agent is non corrosive to steel bars and aggregates when added to concrete.
