Products Application

1. High water reduction rate. The dosage is 0.5-1%, and the water reduction rate can reach 15-25%. Under the same slump conditions, adding aliphatic high-efficiency water reducing agent (powder) can save 25-30% of cement consumption;
2. Early strengthening and significant enhancement effect. Concrete mixed with aliphatic high-efficiency water reducing agent (powder) can reach 60-70% of the design strength in three days, 100% in seven days, and 30-40% higher in strength than blank concrete in 28 days;
3. Gaobao Plastic. The slump loss of concrete is small over time, with little loss after 30 minutes and 10-20% loss after 90 minutes;
4. Widely applicable to cement, with good workability and cohesiveness. Good compatibility with other types of additives;
5. It can significantly improve the frost resistance, impermeability, and sulfate resistance of concrete, and comprehensively enhance other physical properties of concrete;
6. Specially suitable for the following types of concrete: fluidized plastic concrete, naturally cured and steam cured concrete, impermeable and waterproof concrete, durable and frost resistant concrete, sulfate resistant marine concrete, as well as reinforced and prestressed concrete;
7. Aliphatic high-efficiency water reducing agent (powder) is non-toxic, non flammable, non corrosive to steel bars, and has no sodium sulfate crystals in winter.

1.Aliphatic water reducer is suitable for C10-C60 concrete and steam curing environment.

2.The recommended dosage is 1.5-2% powder and 1-2% liquid, with a storage temperature of -20-40 ℃ and a shelf life of one year 

3.Packaging: 250KG iron drums or bulk supply, can also be packaged according to user requirements.
